Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of requests. You will work closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Develop new features and maintain existing code in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security across the stack.
- Maintain database integrity and security, including backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues across various platforms and environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of backend development experience.
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
- Proficient in database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Experience with server and application security best practices.
- Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
