Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Design:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines & resource allocation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications. Conduct Site Survey prior to start work and prepare Method Of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA), Construction Drawing, and list of materials & equipment to be deployed.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project progress and impact. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project implementation and quality control. Analyze data collected during the project and prepare reports on project performance. Prepare weekly / monthly project progress report with site photos & completed job percentages.
- Project Management:Oversee day-to-day project activities & manpower arrangement, ensuring that work is carried out according to the plan. Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Oversee material lead time & delivery schedule.
- Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve issues and ensure project alignment with objectives.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant standards, codes, and regulations. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project delivery.
- Reporting and Documentation:Prepare detailed progress reports, including technical assessments. Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and changes. Prepare handover documents such as Schematic Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Operation & Maintenance Manual, and other relevant documents.
- Capacity Building and Training:Provide technical support and training to project staff and stakeholders.
Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance the efficiency of future projects.
Requirements
- Possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical Engineer
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Have working experiences in Singapore is advantages
