Position Overview:
SRI seeks a qualified Finance Manager to oversee, manage and consolidate the group’s finances and effectively evaluates and controls its key accounting financials. Reporting to the management and shareholders, this role entails a key responsibility to maintain organisation financial matters.
.Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
· Lead and manage finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Liaise with and support cross-functional departments in their day-to-
day operations.
· Refine financial processes within the Group; monitor and implement
proper policies, procedures, financial controls.
· Implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize
operational efficiency.
· Identifying areas for process improvement and driving initiatives to
enhance financial operations.
· Maintain accurate and timely financial closing for all entities within
the Group.
· Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation and maintain proper
balance sheet schedules.
· Closely monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and
balances within the Group.
· Manage group related accounting matters to ensure compliance with
accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
· Managing financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial statements and review business performance.
· Providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making
· Oversee group’s cash flow management and working capital needs
· Manage quarterly GST reporting and corporate income tax.
· Manage the yearly group audit and responsible for yearly group
consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
· Support and facilitate on-going business expansion and decision-
making process.
· Handle ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
· Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or
Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
· Knowledge of GST reporting

· Hands-on experience is a MUST in financial closing, consolidation and
reporting.
· Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
(SFRS).
· Prior experience in an audit firm is highly valued.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel; and familiar with XERO and Quickbooks
is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
