The Sales Manager will own the strategy and execution of sales plan that can drive growth for Kariera Group Singapore Products/Platforms like Jobscentral.
- Manage, guide and coach team of account executives to ensure team is achieving their monthly sales quota.
- Overall responsibility of team management (hiring, mentoring and training of new members, performance management, career progression).
- Lead and drive the team for new business acquisition as well as account management.
- Explore and identify opportunities for Kariera Group products across APAC region grow revenue outside Singapore as well.
- Ensure proper record keeping and tracking within CRM.
- Ensure proper account servicing standards are provided for existing clients.
- Ensure consolidation of client feedback and participate in product strategy.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidates with prior experience in media, online or recruitment related sales will be an advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team of 4 to 6 members.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, ability to think out of the box.
- Proven track record in meeting team quotas or sales targets.
