Job Title: Associate, Marketing and Sales
Job Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong sales-oriented mindset to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify new trends, market demand, and competitive analysis.
· Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to improve strategies.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company sales targets.
· Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending events.
· Generate leads and convert prospects into clients by showcasing products and services.
· Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media etc.
· Develop promotional materials and content for advertising and branding.
· Collaborate with the creative team for design, branding, and product marketing initiatives.
· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including social media, advertisements, and promotional events.
· Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products/services.
· Provide insights on product performance and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
· Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met.
· Collaborate with internal departments like finance, customer service, and operations for smooth sales operations.
Qualifications:
· Degree or Diploma in relevant studies in related field.
