Responsibilities:
Prepare Detailed Estimates: Create detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural and engineering drawings.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported.
Tender Documentation: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ).
Tender Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate tender submissions from contractors and subcontractors.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with contractors and suppliers.
Cost Monitoring: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring projects remain within budget.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks to the project’s financial success.
Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Procurement Planning: Develop procurement strategies and plans to source materials and services.
Contract Management: Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Variation and Claims Management: Manage variations and claims, ensuring they are accurately recorded and agreed upon.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Document Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost reports, contracts, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Have working experiences in Singapore is advantages
