time students. Ideal candidates are passionate about language education and
can adapt to the needs of a variety of learners, both full time and part time. This
position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about guiding students,

Role Expectations for Full Time Lecturer:
Exceptional Teaching and Learning:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in English language and
related subjects.
Apply effective pedagogical strategies to facilitate student learning.
Design and conduct assessments, providing timely and constructive
feedback to support student growth.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of students' academic progress
and social development.
Create and maintain an optimal classroom environment, including
effective organization of learning resources.
Set appropriate student targets aligned with school policy and

Pastoral Care and Student Development:
Provide support for students' emotional and social development.
Maintain high standards of discipline among students, prioritizing their

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) or a
closely related field.
Demonstrable experience in teaching ESL or at the higher education level.
Proven skills in developing engaging language learning materials and
effective assessments.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning
environment.
