Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive communication plans that align with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Provide strategic communication support for key initiatives, including system upgrades (e.g., from Windows 10 to Windows 11), Data Classification, and Mobile Security enhancements.
- Create a variety of communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across the organization.
- Coordinate training sessions and develop materials to assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes or technologies.
- Utilize various communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms, to enhance communication efforts..
- Managing multiple work streams and priorities to guarantee seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within IT or technology-focused environments.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies to support change management initiatives.
- Experience in creating various communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
- Experience working closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent communication.
- Proficiency with communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience providing communication support for strategic IT initiatives, such as system upgrades, data classification projects, or security enhancements.
