About the role:
The Regional Patient Engagement Operations Lead is responsible for planning and executing patient engagement strategies in Japan, China and Asia Pacific. The strategic projects are focused on key priorities of the region that are focused on integrating the patient voice into decision-making, interactions with patient organizations, enhancing the patient experience, and addressing health literacy. This role involves engaging with various internal stakeholders and supporting key initiatives.
What you will do:
Responsibilities:
- Support to key regional projects e.g. Health Literacy, key congresses/conferences in Asia
- Financial funding/operational support e.g. Sponsorship/Grant processing, processing contracts and agreements
- Support to key internal meetings e.g. workshops, insights meeting
- Support for patient stories, patient journey and mapping
- Communication support as and when needed for key initiatives.
- Leveraging stakeholder mapping and landscaping for new geographies/ tumors
- Working closely with legal and compliance to ensure right guidance to new and ongoing projects
- Coordinate and support the activities of the patient engagement network and access university
Role requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health science or any relevant field
- Project management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry within patient engagement/regulatory/medical affairs/quality role
- Experience engaging with professional societies and patient organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of establishing trusted and meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external audiences.
