Responsibilities:-
- Responsible and to manage multiple projects.
- Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality.
- Supervise and manage contractors and labours at construction sites.
- Address emergencies, work delays or other problems that affect the construction project.
- Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target, client’s expectation and compliance to authorities’ regulations.
- Responsible for the project quality and safety plan.
- Coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.
- Understand technical and construction documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Strong customer focus on both internal and external customers.
- Should be a team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
- Effective communication skills.
- Resourceful and able to adapt according to the changing environment.
Requirements:-
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant construction working experience and excellent in English and Chinese writing and speaking (especially of Chinese).
- Strong organization and coordination skills, interpersonal and communication skills, with a good sense of teamwork and leadership.
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for the construction of a project.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
