Our client, an organization in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the facilities in the assigned locations; work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure standard and compliance on work carried out
- Conduct routine checks and performance reviews with the contractors
- Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure proper documentation are in place for all maintenance works and projects
- Ensure that facility management and security pass all required certification
- Assist in new compound developments
- Respond to any critical faults in a timely manner
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant property/ facilities maintenance
- Candidates who are certified Fire Safety Managers will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills
