Job Descriptions
- Full spectrum of the Financial and Accounting functions (Full Set);
- Submit monthly financial report on time in a monthly basis;
- Analyse accounts to ensure correct entries and to pass journal entries;
- Ensure that accounting transactions are captured and supported by document evidence and approved;
- Accurately report GST and handle tax queries;
- Assist in cash flow planning and analysis;
- Assist superior(s) with ad-hoc project analysis;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned periodically;
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for the audit and tax matters of the company;
- Maintain accurate and timely financial transaction records and balance sheet schedules;
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior deem fit.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in related field.
- A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Competent in MS Office suit software.
- Qualified candidate will be consider for senior position.
