Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling documentation and presentation slides.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales-related documents and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Additional requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
