Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities
2.Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues
3.Liaise with RE/RTO to carry out inspections
4.Record work done
5.To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects,
Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to
achieve smooth completion of projects
6.Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications
7. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirements:
1.Min Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
2.Min 3 years working experience in construction
3.Software knowledge: CAD, MS Project
4.Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
