JOB DESCRIPTION
· Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster conversations to build a vibrant community
· Share user-generated content, encourage participation, and highlight community contributions
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media campaigns and promotions
· Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content posting
· Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of community engagement strategies
· Gather feedback from the community to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements
· Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the social media community
· Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance community management efforts
· Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse online audiences
· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
