JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
· Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
· Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
· Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
· Provide recommendations and insights to hiring managers on candidate suitability
· Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and inform decision-making
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
· Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruitment and selection techniques
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
· Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
