JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across different levels and departments
· Develop comprehensive training plans and strategies to address identified needs and support business objectives
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop or customise training content and materials
· Design, implement, and facilitate learning programs, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online
· Create or update training curricula to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards
· Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators
· Analyse participant feedback and learning outcomes to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods
· Partner with HR business partners, department heads, and senior management to understand organisational needs and align learning initiatives
· Communicate training schedules, programs, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training concepts and information
· Ability to analyse training needs and program effectiveness using data-driven insights
