Job Responsibilities :
- Supervising of overall work activities at construction site
- Monitor site and ensure work progress is in accordance with the project schedule
- Attending site/project meetings with all personnel involved in the project
- Maintain high standard for safety policies
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors , and suppliers
- Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
- Train and mentor site staff to enhance productivity and safety awareness
- Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive working environment on-site
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction supervision or site management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Required BCSS and Work-at-Height Certification
- Possess RES Certification
- Must be able to work in a team
- Possess good supervisory and operational skills
