■Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the space.
- Proactively review and improve daily service.
- Ensure the space is well-maintained, organized, functional, and comfortable.
- Develop and maintain a vibrant community.
- Address members’ concerns.
- Handle technical issues (printer, internet connectivity, coffee machine, etc.).
- Managing mail and package deliveries.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding any inquiries.
- Assist with setup, post-cleaning, and running of events.
- Process financial transactions and support accounting.
- Organize paperwork and documents.
- Report to the Manager/Assistant Manager.
■Requirements
(Required)
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in customer service.
※Have a cheerful mind and good sense of hospitality - Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Be a team player who can readily handle a fast-paced work environment.
(Preferred)
- Japanese speaker.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
■Key Information
- Working Days: 2-5days per week.
- Working Hours: 9-18 hours per week.
Working days and hours may vary each week depending on the situation.
■Position Level:Part-time
■Hourly Salary: SGD 17 + SGD 2 transportation allowance per working day
