1. Able to manage the restaurant from customer management, kitchen management, billing and accounting
2. Should posses knowledge of entire south and north indian food items and their special taste characteristics
3. Should be able to work in rotating night shifts
4. Should be able to speak good English to handle the foriegn tourists who are regular customer to the restaurant
5. Should be able to talk fluent tamil as most of the customers are local tamil speaking
6. Should have cooking skills of Indian food items in order to manage the kitchen
7. Should be able to manage the entire restaurant, cooks and customers without any supervision
8. Should be honest and trust worthy as handling of money is involved
9. Should maintain excellent relationship with repeat customer and provide exceptional professional customer service
10. Should assisit the Director in business development
