An Assistant Operations Manager in a cleaning company typically supports the operations team with tasks related to daily cleaning activities, scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in preparing and managing daily cleaning schedules for staff.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate with clients regarding schedule changes or special requests.
Quality Control:
- Assist in inspecting cleaning sites to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any issues or areas needing improvement to the Operations Manager.
- Provide feedback to cleaning staff on performance and areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
- Help maintain positive client relationships.
Team Support:
- Assist in training new cleaning staff.
- Provide support during peak times or staff shortages by stepping in for cleaning duties.
- Other Ad Hoc Duties.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Cleaning industry experience
Hands on and operate machine
Friendly and positive attitude.
Class 3 driving license.
