Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

Singapore Casket Company (private) Limited

Location of workplace: Cavan Road, Singapore 209862 (office building)

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm


Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment, post advertisement, leave management
  • Management of corporate insurance and claim administration
  • Perform payroll function and claims processing
  • Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter, and quota administration
  • Segregation of Employees Contracts, certificates and other documents in the personnel files and updating employees’ details
  • Handle office administration and organize company event
  • Act as an advisor and counsel to the employees on HR matters
  • Conduct orientation and briefing of staff benefits
  • Review, propose and implement staff benefits and welfare
  • Coordinate and participate with government agencies and external parties for implementation of work various improvement and grants
  • Ensure timely submissions in all government and related claims e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS make-up claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.
  • Assist in other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, business administration, finance preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience across MOM related compliance matters or by any government ministry requirement
  • Proficient in Microsoft office functions, excel, word and power point
  • Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good team player
