Senior Analyst (LMBS)

General Overview

As a key member of the LNG Market and Business Solutions Team, the incumbent will support and report to the Senior Manager, to work on commercial activities to drive the growth of Growth Projects by the company. This includes assisting in managing key relationships and facilitating communication between various internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the execution of stakeholder engagement strategies and ensures the smooth flow of information to meet project and business goals. This will play an essential part in maintaining stakeholder satisfaction by providing operational and administrative support, tracking stakeholder feedback, and assisting in problem resolution.


Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

Commercial and contracts management

  • Manage existing key accounts to maintain customer relationships, and resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations.
  • For new projects or commercial deals, develop with assistance from legal counsels (internal/external) to prepare contracts including MOU, HOA and full definitive agreements; drive negotiation and after management approval execution of the contract

Stakeholders Engagement and Management for Growth Projects

  • Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, monitor progression (actions and budget) and making sure that projects in line with agreed quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders properly managed by:
  1. Coordinate Meetings and Communications: Organize and schedule meetings with stakeholders, ensuring that agendas are prepared and follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain records of stakeholder interactions. Generate periodic reports on stakeholder feedback, issues, and progress.
  3. Assist in Conflict Resolution: Help identify and escalate stakeholder issues to the relevant levels, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Cross-functional Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, support stakeholder requests, and ensure that stakeholder requirements are clearly communicated across the business.
  5. Monitor Stakeholder Feedback: Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of engagement strategies;
  6. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the reporting officer, including scheduling, reporting, and data management.
  • Manage other activities that have commercial / value implications for the company from time to time

Work Experiences

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in project engineering, and key account management roles.
  • Experience in tank storage, LNG & gas or shipping industry is preferred.
  • Experience in land and wayleave agreements in Singapore is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills.
  • Desired Traits:Experience working in a stakeholder or client-facing role is an advantage.
    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing stakeholder concerns.
    Flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks and priorities, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure success.

Education Requirements

  • The incumbent should possess a Degree from a reputable university.
