Job Profile Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall BAU operations to ensure that all processes are in place and running effectively and efficiently. This includes being central point of contact for the FA, creating/updating and ensuring all processes are in place and be the intermediary to all FA support functions. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Head of Distribution to build an effective and productive FA Channel.
Job Description:
• Build and manage the FA base through active engaging and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders at a high level of satisfaction
• Develop, implement and administer sales and distribution programmes to drive sales productivity of the FA Channel
• Monitoring of FA sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports
• Initiate, develop and organize Branch/Unit incentive challenges and activities
• Work with the relevant Legal, Risk and Compliance departments and ensuring FA Leaders and Representatives comply to regulatory and company guidelines and standards
• Handle all issues for the FA Leaders and Representatives to ensure alignment with PFA goals
• Deliver aspects of customers’ solution to achieve exemplary customer experience
• Create a culture of commitment and achievement
• Conduct trainings and briefings for the FA Reps/Unit/Branch/Channel
• Take on other projects as required

Working Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or investment sales is preferred
• Business development experience with insurers, banks or FAs will be an advantage
Professional Qualifications:
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI and CGI certifications will be an advantage
Education
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
