Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Resource should have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis.
- The primary duties of the role is requirement analysis, fit gap, mapping TBPM, coordinating with technical team, closure of MVP.
- Background in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration or GIS Configuration.
- Excellent customer facing skills, requirements gathering, Closure, MVP, conducting CRP.
- Experience working the agile processes and conducting Demos, feedback.
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and IT professionals to implement solutions.
