Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the team
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Manage emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports
- File documentation, maintain and update company’s database
- Provide support and ensure smooth daily running operation of the team
- Schedule in-house or external events
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N / 'O' level/ NITEC/Diploma in related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
- Ability to organise, plan and implement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
