DIGITAL MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Digital Marketing and Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

Develop and implement digital marketing activities and drive UL to increase awareness of SriLankan Airlines and to have a direct impact of increase in sales.

Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Drive SEO and SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings and visibility of UL

Create and distribute engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Sales:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential clients and travel partners .

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients such as corporates , institutes , etc etc

Track sales data and create performance reports to inform strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

Airline experience of at least 1 year

Proven experience in digital marketing and sales roles.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Knowledge of web analytics tools, ad serving tools, and content management systems.

Marketing Skills: Experience with B2C social media, email campaigns, and content creation.

Sales Skills: Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, and strong negotiation skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
