Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the long-term marketing strategy, working closely with the Management team to drive business growth.
2. Brand Building: As a CMO let more people know about the KYEX and who we are.
3. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to enter new markets, including geographical and product-based expansions.
4. Partnerships and Ecosystem Engagement: Establish strategic partnerships with key players in the blockchain, tech, and crypto space to enhance market positioning.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior marketing role.
3. Proven success in scaling marketing organizations and building global brand presence, particularly in the Web3, blockchain, or crypto industry.
4. Extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams (digital, PR, BD, etc.).
5. Deep understanding of the decentralized ecosystem and Web3 trends.
6. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing strategies. 7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence executive decision-making.
