Qualifications:
- Relevant engineering/technical degree or diploma from a recognized university or tertiary institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the maintenance of IT or electronic systems.
- PMP certification is required for diploma holders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the maintenance project.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, receive instructions, and attend meetings.
- Ensure all works comply with the approved works program and methodology.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit reports, quotes, and other required documents.
- Review and accept deliverables.
- Supervise the Maintenance Team.
- Arrange major contracts for services performed by sub-contractors.
- Establish service agreements, including leases and insurance for vehicles and policies related to maintenance work.
- Conduct regular reviews of the Maintenance Plan with the Project Manager.
- Submit monthly maintenance reports and attend all maintenance meetings.
- Plan and schedule routine preventive maintenance.
- Review the performance of routine preventive and corrective maintenance with Team Leads.
- Conduct regular reviews of Standard Maintenance Procedures.
