We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Whether you specialize in backend or frontend development, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems that enhance user experience and ensure system efficiency.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (10am – 7pm)
Location: Central
Salary: Up to $7,200 (VB + AWS)
Key Responsibilities:
Backend (Java and SQL):
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write efficient, clean, and maintainable Java code to implement business logic.
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries to manage data in relational databases.
- Work with large datasets to design data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and perform well under load.
- Troubleshoot and debug server-side issues and provide timely resolutions.
Frontend (React.js):
- Develop and maintain user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
- Work closely with designers and backend engineers to integrate user interfaces with APIs and services.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable React.js components to create dynamic, responsive web applications.
- Optimize frontend performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and ensure that frontend applications are optimized for mobile and desktop platforms.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the best user experience and design consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Software Engineer/Software Developer role.
