Customer Service Coordinator
- Location: Kaki Bukit (Office)
- Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
- Salary: $2,200 to $2,800 (depends on exp)
Job Scope:
- Answering service calls
- Co-ordination works between suppliers, client and service team
- Scheduling appointments for all service calls and maintenance work
- Quotation for service works, maintenance and following up on the status
- Procurement for service works and maintenance related equipment once confirm
- Do filing for all service-related documents
- Receiving of goods
- Consolidating service/maintenance report for submission
- Checking and replying email daily
- Monthly Report on Billings for Management's Review
- Direct reporting to Project Director for daily paper works, co-ordination and other assigned jobs.
Requirements:
- Able to work overtime when require.
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice
