Our Client is in the Logistics Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Import Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Sea freight for import on collection and delivery
- Responsible for operational, routing, customer service and all shipments handled
- Liaise with shippers, consignees, and sea carriers on the delivery
- Responsible for the import documentation and compliant with regulations
- Manage the import shipment documentation and system
- Handle, review and process the documents to ensure smooth process
- Manage and handle customer expectations such as charges, shipment status etc
- Responsible in processing the billing, invoicing & cost verification for the shipment.
- Any duty as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Min 2 years of Import experience in 3PL environment
- Knowledge in MS office
