- Plan and coordinate with relevant team(s) to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.

- Communicate effectively with the assigned supervisor, internal teams and own team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer objectives are met and follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals.Lead a team of operators to meet safety, productivity, quality, waste requirement and delivery schedules
- Analyse job process requirement, give recommendations and process improvements implementation.
- Investigate problems, analyse root causes and derive resolutions to customer complaints
- Ensure quality meet customers standards
- Manage manpower deployment, training and development of employees
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Production
