- Plan and sells B2B (Mechanical/Electrical or EPC) Technical service solutions and products to commercial/industrial/oil & gas industries
- Develop proposals for specific project requirements and provide industry solutions to new clients
- Locate potential clients where services can be rendered
- Driven to achieve sales target
- Be the point of contact and provide prompt support and maintain a good relationship with existing clients
- Prompt assist and ensure the arrangement of services to client are approximately. Fulfilling promises to clients
- Identify opportunities and ensure services are rendered to specification
- Coordinate with internal or external partners to execute the projects in compliance
- Provide monthly forecast for assigned and prospected clients and sales number
- Follow up closely on invoices after rendering of services and assist finance department to recover any debt/ bad debt
- Preparation of technical / sales proposal and necessary submission
- Lead or assist in project executions, ensuring safety, quality and on time delivery
- Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards
Leadership
- Lead, manage and motivate allocated team member(s)
- Develop clear goals that is in line with Management’s direction
- Be an excellent team player/mentor to collaborate with the internal and external teams/business partners
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the engineering in the Mechanical engineering Project Sales related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project
- Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, strong business acumen, project management and good conversational / writing skills in English.
