Responsibilities:
- Support to the Company’s Management System, Training & Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and other Employee Relation functions.
- Lead HR operational activities, guide, train and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR operations team.
- Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
- Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
- Lead and/or participate in HR projects, events, and committees as and when assigned or appointed.
- Partners with the local leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource management or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
- Experience in managerial / leadership role
- Familiar with HR softwares
