- Entry Level role - No Experience Required, Training is provided
- Non-Halal Japanese Restaurant brand that specializes in raw Sushi/Sashimi cuisine
- High BASIC Salary ($2,800 - $3,500) + Monthly Meal & Performance Allowance (~$200) + Annual Variable Bonus
- Working Location: Pasir Ris - Downtown East
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week, Split shifts (no OT required)
- Work Hours: 10 am - 9 pm, with a 3-hour lunch break (2 pm - 5 pm)
1 weekday rest day (occasional weekends off)
Responsibilities
- Prepare Food/Ingredients and handle Order Calling
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen
- Restock items when required
- Use kitchen equipment properly
Requirements
- Able to work 6 days per week in Split Shifts
- Able to handle non-Halal food
- Experience in Sushi/Japanese cuisine is a plus, but not required (training provided)
