Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and manage the Derivatives Team, including people management and administrative tasks.
- Continuously review and enhance end-to-end settlement processes.
- Update and maintain PPM as needed.
- Lead Back Office System projects and automation initiatives.
- Manage internal and external inspections and audits, and handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements:
- Possess Degree with min 8 years’ experience in supervising / leading a team in financial Industry field
- Experienced in Futures and Options end to end settlement process
- Strong knowledge in Futures and Options Products
- Knowledge of MAS requirements and industry practices on AML/CFT
