- Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 Basic + ~$200 monthly Meal & Performance Allowances + Annual Variable Bonus
- Working Location: Downtown East, Pasir Ris
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week, Split shifts
- Work Hours: 10 am - 9 pm, with a 3-hour lunch break (2 pm - 5 pm)
1 weekday rest day (occasional weekends off)
Responsibilities
- Prepare non-Halal Sushi / Sashimi / Maki dishes as per customers' orders
- Ensure Proper Planning, Preparation, and Storage of Ingredients
- Communicate and build good relationships with Diners
Requirements
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- 1-2 years of professional Cooking experience or a background in Culinary Arts (training provided)
- Ability to handle and taste non-Halal food (pork and alcohol are served)
