The Head of Strategy & Growth at JLL PDS APAC is responsible for managing the business strategies to achieve the annual forecast growth and leading delivery teams and business functions to continuously innovate, contribute, and build strategies to meet market demand.
This role requires a strategic mindset, collaborative problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead change and business transformation via multifunctional teams of in-house (and external SMEs) to program manage the ongoing implementation of strategic priorities.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role, the Head of Strategy & Growth will be required to manage the PDS Regional Operational functional teams based in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.
What this job involves
- Manage the process to research, analyse, and publish the strategic direction for the business, annually and ad hoc.
- Work with the business and regional HRBP to build programs to implement people strategies, that support annual Strategic plan and respond to annual People Survey results.
- Act as the single liaison point with all global workstream leads and the global COO.
- Interpret PDS and Global annual strategic priorities, designing & assigning tasks, and outcomes and KPI’s to the Regional operational functions to support & deliver on growth strategy.
