Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversees the prompt and efficient presentation of passengers’ checked baggage on arrival claim without undue delay.
· Ensures all mishandled, unclaimed and offloaded baggage (including items found and security items retrieved from passengers) be restored and returned to its rightful owners expeditiously.
· Perform any other related duty for which he is detailed to do so by his superior
· Assist with customer enquiries and grievances
· Manage passenger queue at the Lost and Found office
· Ensure all bags removed timely from arrival belts
· To ensure no incidents of bags overflowing from arrival belts
· To take timing of 1st pax on belt
· Ensure odd size items to be removed timely for smooth operations of the odd size belts
· Perform any other adhoc duties
