IT Manager (Marine Offshore / O&G)

Reporting to :Fleet Director

IT Support and Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for shore and sea-based assets
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on servers and company devices
• Manage user reports, software installation, and updates
• Ensure connectivity for shore and sea-based assets
• Conduct routine checks and tests on hardware and software
• Manage IT assets procurement, repair, disposal, and sales
• Administer company IT policies and documentation

Cyber Security

• Implement and manage security software with vendors
• Create and implement cyber security policies and monitoring
• Conduct routine checks for loopholes and vulnerabilities
• Respond to security breaches and incidents
• Develop a cyber security incident response framework
• Provide security reports, updates, and awareness materials
• Manage security breach reporting and recovery

Data Management

• Support data policies across all systems
• Implement Data Governance and Management policies
• Enforce Data Loss Prevention policies
• Ensure data protection, security, backup, and regular checks

People Management

• Manage IT Team Members' work, schedule, and training
• Support CTO in IT Team Members' performance appraisals
• Guide and support IT Team Members in day-to-day operations
