We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Program Manager. The role of the Program Manager is to assist in managing the upcoming new location at *SCAPE. He/she must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication and excellent organizational skills and able to respond quickly to changes, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of any event under their management.
Responsibilities
· Plan, promote and manage events for the new event space at *SCAPE.
· Establish and manage event budgets and key expenses for management’s approval.
· Develop event communication plans and floor plans based on client’s requirements.
· Recommendation and propose events to clients on suitable event venues selection based on their requirements, together with recommending measures to achieve desired outcomes.
· Develop strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders, suppliers and fellow team members to explore new business opportunities and to ensure mutual needs are taken care of in the execution of the event.
· Maintains the proper image and generates positive public relations with vendors, patrons and staff.
· Work with the Marketing Team to implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the events and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to secure sponsorship.
· On-site Logistics & Operation management and quality control of event.
· Conducts post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
· Understand the latest marketing trend and using most suitable social media tools to reach out targeted audience on the upcoming events.
· Ensure revenue, post event expenses and budgets are generated and reports submitted in a timely manner to the Section Head.
· Ensure day to day operations in event space is running in order, and to troubleshoot any problems encountered during operation.
Requirements
· Minimum education level: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Hospitality
Management or Events Management is required for this role.
· Minimum 5 years of working experiences in marketing and events management.
· Must be self-driven and takes initiative to perform the given tasks.
· Have a good knowledge and identify the latest marketing trends
