Job Summary:
The Telemarketing and Administrative Executive will be responsible for handling telemarketing activities to generate leads and sales, as well as performing administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the company. This role combines customer outreach with administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain and update customer contact records in the database.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with daily office operations and support various administrative functions.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a telemarketing and/or administrative role is preferred.
