Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and introduce them to Water Filtration/Purifier products
- Daily Lead Management: Follow up promptly on 20-30 leads received daily from external marketing agency
- Sales Conversion: Effectively engage leads to close sales or schedule in-person consultations at the showroom
- Client Assistance at Showroom: Provide exceptional service to walk-in clients, answer queries, and facilitate sales discussions.
- Sales Documentation and Processing: Accurately prepare sales documents and process transactions for successful sales.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean and professional, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Event and Roadshow Sales: Participate in Electronics/IT Events and Roadshows, engaging with potential customers, demonstrating product features, and driving on-site sales or lead generation. Ensure smooth event setup, manage product displays, and assist with logistics to maximize event success.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of B2C Sales and/or Customer Service experience
- Retail/e-commerce sales experience in Household Appliance and/or Electronics is highly advantageous
- Sales-driven mindset
- Independent Team Player
