Job Description:
- Liase with Engineers & Managers on their purchase requirements.
- Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, prices etc
- Process purchase requisition, create and match POs in SAP etc.
- Review and follow-up on tender bids and documentation.
- Provide administrative support as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies.
- Preferably with purchasing system experience as Administrator/Owner.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proactive, positive, and responsible individual.
- Able to work under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
