Purchasing & Admin Assistant

Jin Fu Venture Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Liase with Engineers & Managers on their purchase requirements.
  • Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, prices etc
  • Process purchase requisition, create and match POs in SAP etc.
  • Review and follow-up on tender bids and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies.
  • Preferably with purchasing system experience as Administrator/Owner.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proactive, positive, and responsible individual.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Immediate vacancy
