Role: Develop and execute trade marketing plans & strategies to increase sales growth and strengthen brand visibility
Duties:
- Work closely with sales team to analyze sales trends, brand awareness and seek opportunities to engage customers/consumers
- Develop Trade Marketing plans and promotional campaigns to achieve company objectives based on market research, customer surveys, etc.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns effectively through various channels; monitor and review performance
- Plan and implement effective in-store promotions, display and other marketing activities.
- Search and recommend opportunities for new product development, coordinate with other affiliates, regulatory and R&D teams for proper execution
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Sales, International Business or related disciplines.
- Min. at least 2-3 years experience in trade marketing in FMCG industry & experience in working with sales teams and other Asian regions
