We are looking for a proactive Strategic Account Personel to join our innovative team. This role is designed for a results-driven professional with a strong background in business planning and project sales within a complex technical landscape. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and crafting tailored solutions for high-profile clients in a niche sector of the energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, nurture, and expand key accounts in the energy sector, fostering long-lasting relationships with stakeholders to secure sales.
- Dive deep into the customer’s operational landscape to understand their challenges and objectives, positioning our solutions as essential to their success.
- Establish competitive pricing strategies that align with our business goals while ensuring optimal profit margins.
- Oversee account performance, tracking customer requests, competitor movements, and project execution to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare insightful forecasts and performance reports for assigned products/services, guiding strategic decisions.
- Strategically plan and negotiate long-term agreements with key clients, balancing value creation with business sustainability.
- Effectively communicate and present our offerings to senior executives, showcasing the unique benefits and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Consistently engage existing customers, promoting additional services and reinforcing brand loyalty.
- Coordinate on-site activities, discussing technical requirements and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Analyze customer inquiries to provide customized technical solutions that drive value.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- minimum of 3 years in a sales or project management role within the energy or petrochemical sectors is preferred.
- Solid experience in executing project management or project sales is highly regarded.
- Experience with flange management or site operations will be considered a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with CAD systems is advantageous.
