Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction, testing, installation, and operations of client platforms to meet business needs and service levels.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide timely resolutions and updates.
  • Handle service requests, monitor system performance, and maintain system configurations.
  • Lead client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Conduct research and evaluation of platform tools and provide technical advice to customers and project teams.
  • Manage system changes through change request processes and report status updates.
  • Gather infrastructure requirements and perform analysis and design.
  • Establish facility management standards to ensure consistency across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in platform management, system operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with troubleshooting platform-related issues.
  • Solid understanding of platform implementation, upgrades, and management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and infrastructure design.
