Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction, testing, installation, and operations of client platforms to meet business needs and service levels.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide timely resolutions and updates.
- Handle service requests, monitor system performance, and maintain system configurations.
- Lead client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
- Conduct research and evaluation of platform tools and provide technical advice to customers and project teams.
- Manage system changes through change request processes and report status updates.
- Gather infrastructure requirements and perform analysis and design.
- Establish facility management standards to ensure consistency across teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in platform management, system operations, or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with troubleshooting platform-related issues.
- Solid understanding of platform implementation, upgrades, and management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with change management processes and infrastructure design.
