Responsibilities
- [Primary Objective] Provide bespoke Financial and Wealth Planning solutions to Retail Banking Clients through the sales of Bancassurance and Investment Funds products
- Harness the Bank's comprehensive suite of Product Solutions: Life Insurance, Investment-Linked Policies, Savings Plans, Endowment Plans, Annuities, Retirement Plans, and Investment Funds (Mutual Funds, Index Funds, or Unit Trusts)
Engage with Clients: Interact with walk-in clients and tap into the bank’s extensive client database to attract new customers - Conduct Consultations: Perform in-depth client profiling and assess their financial needs, risk tolerance, and goals.
- Leverage on the Bank's excellent Business Support platform: Your advice and services will be enhanced by the Bank’s extensive team of Product Management, Investment Advisory, and other specialized business support professionals. Furthermore, utilize the Bank's cutting-edge digital tools to enhance client experience and engagement.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all local and internal regulatory requirements
Additional Information
- Remuneration: $3,300 - $5,000 Basic (commensurate with Financial Sales experience) + $300 Fixed Monthly Allowance + Quarterly Commissions (based on Individual Sales Performance)

- Training: Start with a 3-week classroom Training Program followed by 8-9 weeks of on-the-job Competency Training.
Requirements
- Minimum Local Diploma, or Degree of any discipline in accordance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements
- Obtain core CMFAS papers before commencement (guidance provided) - Full Reimbursement for the first attempt per module
- Highly motivated to achieve an extraordinary income
- Strong passion for Financial Planning and Investments
- Commit to working 5.5 days per week (Office Hours + Saturday Mornings) and meet clients outside working hours
