Salary : $2500 - $3500 + Transport allowance/claim
Job responsibilities include the following :
- co-ordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors on the scheduling of preventive maintenance works
- carry out preventive maintenance works and provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot systems at clients' premises
- attend to and carry out diagnosis of system breakdowns within clients' response times
- attend to operational and maintenance issues, including installation, testing and commissioning work
- work closely with other team members to ensure that systems are in good operating order
- be available for on-call and stand-by duty procedures outside of normal work hours
- ensure all service jobs are properly logged and recorded in the internal systems, and service reports are properly documented
- spare parts inventory management
- perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
Job requirement :
- 2 years or more of experience in the maintenance of mechanical systems
- ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Positive attitude, conscientious, independent, a team player and client-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be pro-active in identifying and preventing potential problems
